1.馬克·卡森簡介

馬克·卡森(Mark Casson)生于1945年,英國雷丁大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)教授。早期致力于創(chuàng)業(yè)家的研究,近年又專注于創(chuàng)業(yè)理論與道統(tǒng)企業(yè)理論融合的研究。卡森之前的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)大都從功能觀點(diǎn)給創(chuàng)業(yè)家下定義,強(qiáng)調(diào)創(chuàng)業(yè)家的作用并認(rèn)為發(fā)揮這些作用的人就是創(chuàng)業(yè)家。在各式各樣的創(chuàng)業(yè)家功能中缺乏一條貫穿其中的主線??ㄉ瓐?jiān)持從倫理人假設(shè)和有限理性假設(shè),沿著方法論個人主義和契約理論的“路徑”,從所有關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和心理學(xué)、社會學(xué)的論述中,概括出創(chuàng)業(yè)家行為本身的性質(zhì),建立了一個創(chuàng)業(yè)家需求、供給和“創(chuàng)業(yè)家市場”均衡的理論框架,并對之進(jìn)行了模型化??ㄉ⒅赋觯瑒?chuàng)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與交易費(fèi)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、基于資源的企業(yè)理論等現(xiàn)代企業(yè)理論有著緊密的聯(lián)系??ㄉ瓌?chuàng)業(yè)理論的內(nèi)核是“創(chuàng)業(yè)家式判斷(Entrepreneurial judgment)。
