1.恩斯特·費爾簡介

恩斯特·費爾（Ernst Fehr），出生于1956年，畢業(yè)于維也納大學經濟學，獲得博士學位。1989年，費爾在倫敦經濟與政治大學擔任研究助理。1989年至1991年，費爾成為維也納科技大學的經濟與經濟政治系的助理教授。1993年起成為該系的副教授。同年出任了維也納路德維西·伯茨曼經濟研究中心主任。1994年，費爾晉升為蘇黎世大學經濟學教授，主持行為經濟學的研究工作。

2.恩斯特·費爾的研究

恩斯特·費爾發(fā)表的作品大多與“神經經濟學”相關(一個研究人的大腦如何做出貨幣金融判斷的跨學科領域)，除此之外，恩斯特·費爾還對“信任，公平，互惠”等問題有所研究。

費爾最突出的成就是在行為經濟學領域。行為經濟學是一門試圖將心理學的研究成果融入標準經濟學理論的科學。行為經濟學嘗試對非理性行為進行研究，打破了主流經濟學的界限及視域，在“現(xiàn)實人”的基礎上發(fā)展了主流學派的“經濟人”概念。費爾主張關注人們在經濟交流中對公平或合作偏好的決定。這讓經濟學家們將視野轉向人類的行為因素對于經濟決策等的影響研究。這種改變對主流經濟學的部分假設起到了修正和補充的作用。 為此，費爾也被譽為僅次于馬克思的第二偉大的德語經濟學家。

3.恩斯特·費爾的榮譽

瑞士蘇黎世大學經濟實證研究所主任恩斯特·費爾(ERNST FEHR)教授，曾獲得過2004年Cogito基金會Cogito獎和2008年馬塞爾·本努瓦獎(Marcel Benoist Prize)。經濟學界排名處于前1%，過去的十年有9篇論文獲獎。

    • 2008 Awarded the Marcel Benoit Prize. This prize is the oldest scientific award in Switzerland and represents the Swiss Confederation’s highest recognition for outstanding achievements in the sciences and the humanities.
    • 2004 Accorded the Cogito Prize for the deepening of our insights into the origins and economic consequences of human altruism.
    • 2000 Recipient of the Hicks-Tinbergen Medal for the outstanding paper in the European Economic Review during 1998-2000, EEA-Meeting (Bolzano).

The prize was awarded for the paper "Gift Exchange and Reciprocity in Competitive Experimental Markets", European Economic Review 42(1998), 1-34, (with G.Kirchsteiger and A. Riedl).
